Snopockylips 2014

Wow!  What a whirly wind this week has been!!!!  Our school let out at 10 am on Tuesday, but other schools were not as lucky. Parents rushed to get their kids and were stuck for hours on end, ended up having to abandon their vehicles on the interstates and other roads, having to stay at work, their children still at school and parents and other adults seeking shelter anywhere they could.  Roads in our county are still shut down because as the snow melts, it turns to ice. I pray that my friends in Birmingham and surrounding areas are safe and that every one is reunited with their loved ones as soon as possible.
